It's all here in the court filing:

The FBI isn't posting all of the evidence on twitter, because it'll be presented in a court room. The legal system is always slower than speculation by journalists.

"...the Company also has subsidiaries and affiliates registered in the United States..."

The paragraph highlights excerpts not in the direct link from the court filing: https://s.wsj.net/public/resources/documents/FTXFILING.pdf

SBF admitted he met with NYT authors. Source material likely came from SBF personal files. These materials were not shared with the Government through discovery. How will Judge Kaplan respond.

This is the filing that appears to be ChatGPT generated: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.57...

There is some back-and-forth over the defendants not being able to find the cited cases in PACER, followed by the April 25 filing which contains entirely ChatGPT-fabricated submissions for each case, such as this one: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.57...

The lawyer admits his use of ChatGPT in a more recent filing: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.57...

Thanks. We've since changed the URL from https://www.docdroid.net/kxfZltq/unsealed-indictment-in-us-v... to the proper source, which I assume is a direct link with no fuss.

Can I ask how you come across these links to such original court document material? I am always wanting to find the source of news reporting of such things, but reporters seemingly can never just quote the original document that contains so much more information than their interpreted regurgitation of it. It's like they don't want us to read the authoritative original.

"Promises, rewards, or inducements have been given to witness Erin Quinn Norton. Copies of the letter agreement with her and order of immunity with respect to her grand jury testimony are disclosed on Disk 3."

Is this a real site? It looks fake, and the writing is super weird.

Here's the DOJ version:

https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdfl/pr/daughter-father-charged...

It has more information, is better written, and is from April.
