We use Jobvite. Works pretty well.

sort by: page size:

My company uses haydle, which is basically the same thing and works very well.

I'd argue this is a tangental product.

You can easily use Google Suite, but also use Workday (which provides a similar service to Hire).

Our company uses it. :)

^ I second this, and is what I've used at 2 previous companies.

Anyone else using that? We use it at my company with very varying levels of success.

We use ConnectWise at my job.

Current employer uses WhatsUp. Previous employer used SiteScope.

We're using Background Job (bj) quite happily, though we've been told that Delayed Job (dj) is the new hip thing to use in its stead.

We use ZeroCater at our SF office. It really does make choosing what to get a lot easier.

Coverity is used at my company and seems to work reasonably well.

The jobs management interface. This is more like SLURM, Torque, LSF, etc...

we use Opsworks.

For companies with more than a couple of employees, try a professional employer organization (PEO). Administaff is probably the best known; we used Ambrose at our startup.

I second this. Zulip works extremely well at my workplace.

Out of curiosity, are you familiar with Workarea? Seems to fit pretty squarely in the 'better alternative' category,at least for medium-sized and up companies.

A lot of companies use it currently as a job application submission. At least from what I know.

I guess they have a product that is similar to lever or greenhouse atm

This looks like a great service that i didn't know about before. Definitely going to be getting one more user. I wish we could use something like this at work.

Since most of this is rather new to me, are there any other great organizational/ basic life services out there? I would be curious to see what other people are using.

This seems incredibly useful. My dad recently started a company and was always complaining about how long the employee packages take to setup...will let him know there is a solution!

Many companies already do this. See Mobicents, which we use at my current job.
