Staying close to SLC is the only way this can happen.

SLC?

Hah, somebody lives in SLC.

SLC. This article is a blast from the past.

If you're looking to go to SLC frequently, perhaps living so far away is part of the problem thoughtcriminal is speaking of. Nothing on you personally, this is a society-wide problem.

That is quite normal for the SLC area

Salt Lake City is probably his best alternative

We're in SLC and still have the majority of that money left.

From SLC? How do I not know you?

I’ll just mention that I personally like SLC better because it’s less dense than Utah valley. Things are getting pretty crowded there. But this is coming from a guy who’d live in the middle of rural nowhere if I had a remote job and access to internet :)

SLC is bikable? Last I heard, the air pollution there was the absolute worst out of the whole nation.

It's gotta be legal and infrastructural challenges. Don't know if you've been to SLC but aside from its downtown it's a very very spread out city. I don't know the numbers but I imagine the ppl/m^2 is less than 2,000 maybe even under 1,500.

Why not just buy SLC?

What made you choose SLC?

Go to Utah sometime.

I'm a big Utah fan but always limited by being there with a rental car. This spot looks amazing:

Totally not, enshittification ate SLC.

this sounds like salt lake city

Thanks, I'll look into it. That region of the country is great because of the quiet life that is possible, the sight of the stars at night, without giving up creature comforts like fast wi-fi (which I need to feed myself!).

SLC is a great city too. I have some good friends there right now. Outdoor access is a higher priority to me than bars and clubs.

That's great. I'm happy for you.

Housing there is surprisingly expensive if you want to own, another concern for me. I really like SLC though.
