Guessing is not asking.

Or you don't know and there's no point in guessing.

If you don't know, don't guess.

I don't think there's much point in guessing.

You don't know. Nobody knows. So you make your best guess, and you don't put all your eggs in one basket.

If they offer no information, you can think as long as you want, you still have to make a random guess.

no one can guess

So... you have no idea, and you're not willing to find out, but you're sure you're right?

Isn't that the same as not identifying it at all? A random guess would be just as good.

We dont know. But not knowing isnt the same as knowing not.

You can’t know.

You can't know.

You never know, and you don't want to find out

It isn’t saying “I don’t know,” it is saying “It can’t be known.” Which is actually an answer and something else entirely.

You can just say you don't know.

Exactly my point. You really have no idea unless you ask someone.

If you have to ask, you will never know.

Indeterminate. There's no information to be gleaned. And we don't turn our lives upside down on no information.

If you have to ask, you aren't ever going to know.

No, the fact that sometimes we're not guessing, and not blabbing random word salad, makes it untrue.
