Namecheap now, used to be GoDaddy but they were trash.

namecheap has been great for me. Don't use GoDaddy they are scum.

gotta second you on this one, namecheap is simple, plain and a huge breath of fresh air (when your just escaping the godaddy labyrinth)

I like namecheap.com — it's straightforward and more user-friendly than godaddy.

Namecheap.com just as cheap as godaddy without all the up selling and ui mess.

Just used namecheap, so much simpler than godaddy, no upsell, reasonable priced anon registration. Beauty.

Yes, namecheap is good and it as a simpler interface than Godaddy, which is way too cluttered.

I too am with Namecheap after getting totally disgusted by Godaddy's terrible interface. I'm very happy with it. Plus, I think Namecheap was actually cheaper than Godaddy for my .net, anyway.

I switched from GoDaddy to Namecheap and haven't looked back. Domains under $10/ea (less with their frequent coupon codes) and a clean ad-free admin console. Highly recommend Namecheap.

I've used both and much prefer Namecheap. From all my dealings with them so far, they also seem much more above-board than GoDaddy.

Switched from godaddy to namecheap for my 20+ domains a couple years ago. I couldn't be happier.

Ditto. I just finished moving everything off of godaddy recently. Another thing I like about namecheap is that they provide you with nameservers, which was a big plus for me since I didn't want to host my own on the same box I put everything else on. Pretty sure godaddy didn't, but I could be wrong.

I just went with Namecheap. I'm moving all my domains all of GoCrappy. GoDaddy is not only a mess to use, but it also costs a lot more.

I use dnsimple, but I've heard good things about namecheap as well. Find any anti-godaddy thread on HN or Reddit and you'll see a ton more names.

I use NameCheap because it's simple. Nothing fancy about it. I hate the crazy amount of popups GoDaddy gives you.

godaddy (blindsided with fees) did the same thing to me. I've started using namecheap, as it was a few cents cheaper and the interface is an order of magnitude cleaner.

I've used GoDaddy in the past and was frustrated by their interface. Namecheap's is much better. Also, I've gotten $2 SSL certs and very cheap private domain registration from them as well.

I have used both namecheap and godaddy. I did not like godaddy at all. Namecheap is much better than godaddy.

+1 for namecheap. I've been migrating domains away from GoDaddy over the past 2 years to namecheap with positive results.
