Yeah, I love how they're accommodating different people's preferences. This makes me feel a lot less concerned about the new UI already. I have zero complaints at this point, and am nothing but impressed. I'm looking forward to seeing the other changes.

This is a great feature. It's an example of a small, easy-to-implement change that makes their website just work better. I really like when things like this get done.

There are apps which provide this same feature for people who want it, but I’m glad they’re making this change.

Great to hear you like the change. This new navigation has been extensively UI tested. It has been in the works for a couple of months now.

I like it better too. And fortunately the setting doesn’t seem to be reverted at random as frequently as it used to.
