That's a pretty significant issue. "Oh, it's a great browser! No, it doesn't work on 95% of computers."

The most popular browser doesn't

IMO. It's mostly due to not being default browser for major platforms.

It doesn't run a full browser engine so it won't work with the vast majority of websites.

Not all browsers.

Unfortunately I'm a web developer and I have and frequently use all major browsers :).

What's wrong with the browser version?

Weird, the internet I know and love has plenty of issues with browser compatibility :-)

That's not "all of the browsers", that's just most of them.

That's largely true of any browser that isn't Safari on MacOS or Edge on Windows 10.

All browsers except Chrome

You mean Firefox?

That's another problem, the lack of any real browser diversity.

Sadly, there are a number of websites that assume that Chrome is the only web browser and do not work properly in other browsers.

Their browser works?

It doesn't work. As in, can't render some perfectly renderable sites correctly. It seems Microsoft is chronically bad at making browsers, even when using a good ready-made engine.

Hmm. Not quite any browser. Only those that run Flash, it seems.

Well, if nobody tests it, the browser doesn't stand a chance because it does not work on many sites. It's a vicious circle …

thanks for telling me, we actually are just about to release a new product in the coming days that allows all browsers, is much clearer in the message and hopefully will clear a lot of these issues! really appreciate it!

I bet you didn't test it on enough browser brands and versions.

Because chances are that it doesn't work, for various reasons, some of which are outside the browser vendors control.

Nobody used it because it didn't work on most browsers.
