I really liked https://legiblenews.com, but they haven't been updated since Jan 15. Wish I had some way to help them or get in touch.

The archive is a few years out of date: https://legiblenews.com/archive/

nwzPaper.com is fixing it. Setup a journalist profile, publish an article and spread the word.

I think the NYT updated the title. Unfortunately, http://newsdiffs.org/ seems to be broken right now.

I wanted to read the article too but it looks like the site is having issues, thanks for the links!

I used to read dnainfo in chicago everday but they shut it down last year. It was the only news i really cared about.

Yeah sorry the particular page I linked to is from 2008 and is super broken. The actual morning brief these days looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/ssfBU

I'm also interested. They've posted about their reader before, but didn't leave any links then either.

I can't update my earlier comment, but it looks like they are at least looking into it:

They've deleted it, been working for years that link. Someone there is reading this post.

http://hckrnews.com/ makes the problems much more obvious: a lot of stories have been killed (turn on showdead for hckrnews.com), and very few new stories have shown up today. OTOH, this one hasn't made hckrnews.com yet, either.

Another news site's sadly

The source of the article (http://www.nikopik.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi) doesn't exist anymore. Is there some kind of confirmation somewhere ?

edit : fixed the link. sorry, bad copy-paste.

That doesn't look like a news source I would trust: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MintPress_News

The link points to a news site which probably is not that well provisioned.

Article can't be found now?

(2020) !!

.. and already dated wrt Thomson Reuters Foundation Trust link ( news.trust.org ) which is now archived and replaced by

https://www.context.news/

Is there a place where we can actually read the article? That site is very broken in my browser. I cannot scroll past the first few lines - the articles don't scroll independently.

Edit: seems to be fixed now.
