We are looking for someone to take over the leadership of our sales efforts. We are a small startup. Scope of the position includes qualification of leads and existing customers, triage of incoming emails and call leads, customer account management, making existing customers upgrade to bigger packages, customer account setup for custom packages, cold emailings, cold callings, and invoicing.

We're offering full-time 1099 contract @ with a fix and a commission. We are a remote first company and this position is also 100% remote with everything online and async. We expect 40h per week but can organize your time the way you see fit.

We are looking for a sales person. We're offering 20% commission for each project.

It's actually a very common role that encompasses far more than the traditional "head of sales" role

Those sales positions are generally not remote/distributed. They don't work for multiple companies concurrently because it's impossible.

A few are looking for sales people.

Enterprise sales. Account managers.

Probably sales team.

If you have any recommendation on finding/using a part-time sales person, I'm all ears! Dedicated sales would be awesome, but it'll be a while before we can hire this as a F/T position.

There are lots of sales jobs that are going to be this way.

Why don't they just call it head of sales? Since, you know, that's what it is.

This is pretty consistent with my experience with both salespeople and VPs regardless of department.
