I tend to agree, and unless you have to support like IE prior to IE9 it will probably easily support all of your target browsers.

I believe Firefox + Chrome easily qualifies as "wide browser support." IE is really the only one left now.

In all fairness, it's a desktop application, not a browser application. So I wouldn't expect them to support every browser.

Yes, only Chrome, Firefox, and Opera browsers are supported.
