As I said in cousin comment: his access to lawyers, right now. For starters.

Alright, good point. But I'm sure he has legal advisors.

" He could even get a lawyer. "

So who gets to be his lawyer?

You assume he hasn't consulted with top-notch lawyers already...

That's more of a sign that he got legal advice, hopefully from an actual lawyer that he hired.

Has he been forced to start paying his own office rent yet?

IANAL...but what lawyer would take a case, based on "Elan tweeted that he'll pay my legal bills"?

You mean for the law firm? I would guess he has in house counsel for that lawsuit.

Interesting that it was written by his father's lawyer on behalf of his father. Makes me wonder if this is the first contact his father has had with him since this whole thing began.

With a lawyer's help, many things are possible.

Via lawyer / legal representative if I had to hazard a guess.

He is a lawyer.

He is an attorney...

Also lucky his parents had money to pay for a lawyer:

> So he went to his parents’ home in St. Augustine, where, over dinner, he told them what was happening. They agreed to dip into their savings to pay for a lawyer.

Someone talked to a lawyer.

I see. Thanks for elaborating. I guess he made enough to afford a good lawyer.

... with a lawyer.

Maybe he got a real lawyer.

he’s in corporate law. contracts and such.

Pretty sure it's just the lawyers telling him that.
