The only issue is that Coinbase data lags behind the more active markets by a few days. Live data is better seen on sites like http://bitcoinity.org/markets

I'm having trouble locating it but it is the same for Gdax except that it is individual market makers who make the spread and not coinbase itself.

Incidentally, Coinbase's graph has an almost misleadingly modest aspect ratio. If you want to compare their growth to other growth graphs you've seen, compress it by at least half horizontally.
