It looks like Canada only. If they have anything from the US it must be somewhere other than the Northern Great Plains.

Last I checked, Montreal, Calgary, Quebec City, Toronto, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Ottawa, and Halifax were not in the US.

It is, however, limited to North America currently.

There's two locations in the US (only available via the US website/OVHcloud - I think) and at least one in Canada.
