This has nothing to do with people's free speech rights. The constitutional right to free speech only applies to the government not being allowed to take away that tight - not a private company.
Private enterprises aren't required by law to uphold a high standard of free speech, but being decent Americans does. The government MUST NOT censor, but private companies SHOULD NOT.
The first amendment prevents the government from making laws which prevent free speech. Private companies aren't obliged to host that speech if they don't want to
"Free speech" doesn't apply to private entities at all. They have full rights to refuse service to someone for whatever reason they want to, same as any other business.
The right of free speech doesn't apply to a private company. A company has every right to dictate what services it will provide and the conditions for using those services. It is not a public communications carrier.
"Free" speech only applies to governments limiting the free expression of their citizens. Private companies have no obligation to continue doing business with someone for any reason, especially when that individual is acting in bad faith by disparaging their business relationship.
Free speech is only in reference to government punishment. I can spout off and the government won't punch me in the mouth. The person standing next to me, however, might.
I don't understand why we keep expecting private companies to behave like the government.
