I distinctly remember being 17 years old and being fascinated watching these videos on YouTube. It was really one of the first things to get me interested in logging into YouTube actively as opposed to simply being linked to the site from elsewhere. Nice to see that the actors didn't come out of it for the worse :)
Oh, this takes me back. One of the first wonderfully weird things I discovered on Youtube almost 15 years ago. The VHS quality, the ubiquitous Rocky or Top Gun soundtrack, oh my...
No problem. I'm in my 50's. I didn't see my first porno until I was 19 at a drive-in. I didn't see my first super-gore picture until I was in my 30's. It seems very weird to me that kids see all this at a very young age. Now Hentai is another weird thing to me. I do know humans are adaptable, but don't know in what way kids have adapted to it. My poor father, he heard Jimmy Fallon mention 2 girls 1 cup so he looked it up. He was visibly shaken when he told me about it. I have managed to avoid that one.
Just for you: in 1992, in Boise, Idaho, I was asked (by a 16 year old boy, a local) whether I knew what a TV remote control is, and he then proceeded to explain to me as well the miracle of video recording. I was 14 at the time.
I had a similar experience at around the same age. In my case it was Douglas Adam's 1990 documentary for the BBC called Hyperland. All about the Internet and the web before I'd even heard of such things. I remember thinking at the time that the stuff in the documentary would never happen in my lifetime.
