No, but it'll deal with changing the UI depending on your state once you've wired the rules in.

No, it is fully customizable and managed by a dashboard.

I don't think so.

Also, being able to toggle the UA and setup lists to dynamically set it is helpful in my usecase.

No it has built-in tools for sharing your messages with state actors.

No. This is hard coded into the management interface.

No. I plan on using it myself, but have not yet implemented it.

Unfortunately not. It's aimed at SaaS so users gain some convenience but lose a bit of other things :)

Not currently, but the system is open source and designed to be easily extensible.

Yes - if it's setup like Google's union. It's optional and at this point, simply does not have enough clout to make any significant changes to affect my experience :)

Yes.

SO has a paper sheet with all important ones and the algo which changes them (depending upon date).

Not that I’ve found through searching their docs and walking through the UI, but I haven’t really dig deeply into the internals.

I don't think so, it seems like its just a link to what you can see within the UI anyway and simply pre selects it for you. But I am by no means an expert on it and it is pretty simple to experiment with if you want to give it a try

Yes, but it requires work (namely UDID registration, and there are limits to this).

No it’s custom coded from scratch

yes, but with a completely separate set of features, options, defaults, revenue stream, incentives, etc.

Probably, does it have a GUI on its own, or is this something every company needs to implement themselves?

Nope, it's just a standard app engine set up.

No, it's completely configurable

No, it's just in the program your client connects to.

Yes, with configure-via-code being an option.
