Yeah I realise that... I just assumed it doesn't have a save button. Am I wrong? Let me go check I guess...

It actually saves automatically. Refresh and you'll see a continue button. It would have been nice if this was more clear.

That really bothered me. I understand this is demonstrating a novel UI and user experience, but lack of "save" genuinely ruined my experience.

It actually does an auto-save for you, silently in the background. But there would be an uproar if they got rid of the save button entirely - people like to feel in control of their important data.
