It's against ToS for your profile to include other means to contact you, like other online profiles. That's my guess.

sort by: page size:

Because that's against of ToS. Impersonating someone.

except it's a violation of the TOS they agree to. When someone shows up that doesn't match the profile it's a big issue.

Why would that be against the TOS?

Because it’s against ToS of those services

Might be a violation of ToS

But this is against TOS, isn't it?

It's a privacy violation regardless of the ToS.

That is against TOS.

While I realize that an TOS is always subject to change, I still think it's a low blow to pull something like that. They intended it to be a one-way conversation as well. We had no way to respond.

Facebook is notorious for doing this too.

Isn't that in itself against the TOS?

This is against the ToS.

I am guessing that the more attention you got, the more scrutiny your profile received. And thus someone reported you for violating the TOS. That someone may be a competitor??

Pretty sure that's against tos..

Because they can nail you on a TOS violation.

This is definitely against TOS.

Ah, I didn't really read the ToS, but contemplated a third party client a while ago, and was told I best avoid them due to ToS violations. I guess it must've spread through that tweet.

Isn't that against the TOS?

It's against their TOS.

which is against the TOS as far as I can remember.
