Would you argue they should be broken up? Asking honestly, I don't really have a strong opinion. On one hand, I don't like the idea of punishing companies for their success. On the other, the barrier to entry has become too high for anyone to make a dent, giving them alone effective control over whether or not your company succeeds.
"But we need to do X first!" is not a good reason to not do Y, a different-but-still-good thing. All of these companies need to be broken up, and the Department of Justice Anti-Trust division has enough employees to do it.

Capitalism without competition isn't really capitalism, but feudalism.
They should, and in the past, legislators had the intestinal fortitude to break up companies of this size. It's clear to everyone that they're stifling competition at this point.
