There are some things that no matter how good they may taste, I just don’t need to eat and it won’t improve my life in any measurable way.

It's basically all you can eat. There are heuristicts about the limit on what you can consume.

This is the “eat it too” aspect which a lot of other threads here seem to be ignoring.

You are allowed to only eat part of what you are offered.

You cannot force people to eat something.

You don’t use a food, you CONSUME it, which is a different action.

But you don't eat those.
