If his last team lost all their games, he probably isn't very good.

One that lost games yes.

Yes, but he failed to predict the lameness that is MS Teams.

In this case, it hasn't been true. Teams are really hurting.

Nonsense; the statement is true if he has seen exactly two games, both of which were "crap" and both of which failed.

Yeah, definitely not working on this guy's team. Sheesh.

Like watching your favorite sports team lose game after game after game. Eventually, even the most die-hard sports fans have to find a new team.

Apparently this guy is not a Cleveland fan.

Past performance is no indication of future returns, especially when it's someone else's performance.

Poor fellow. Maybe third time's the charm and he'll finally see some success.

This is very annoying their player is already terrible.

You get the feeling ol Martin has been out of the game too long?

It feels like he's only catching up with what many have been doing for decades building high performance teams.

It's grim unless he can nudge the offense level up over 65,535

He's not that good. Doesn't lead and won't follow. Dead weight most of the time, although pretty good with the dips.

It's funny how you're too expensive for what his team cannot do.

Apparently the author can’t either. On the other hand, the outcome showed that it doesn’t really matter for this team in particular.

Past performance is no guarantee of future success. And the low hanging fruit has been picked.

Eh, we don't know that. Maybe he goes back, trains players better to avoid injuries, and prioritizes their safety.

Didn't he get absolutely stomped in his last two runs?

My guess: the only one that has been rated in that bucket in the last year was Caruana, post-Saint Louis. At that point, he suffered (and is still going through) a big decline with several bad blunders.

imho he threw off a well balanced team with inertia.
