I couldn't find a way to comment on the blog post or a way to contact the author:

"Diving into online dating - it’s not a zero sum game

Online dating is hear to stay,"

typo, should be "here to stay"

Just a nitpick unrelated to the content:

First sentence of the article has a grammatical problem, "lets the user ask there friends". Bugged me, so I thought I'd let you know.

First comes a typo in your article in the second sentence:

"though I fear they where actually real conversations"

The author should have read first http://thepiratesdilemma.com/ before publishing his article.

Just stopping by to point out that there is a typo in the first sentence of the article, I think: in "I maintain over many", the "over" should not be there.

Now I will read the article. :)

> Also, it's "lose" x2 (sorry, the wrong word makes it hard to read). I'll remove this line if you could fix please.

I extend my profuse apologies for my keyboard fat fingers.

Regrettably there seems to be a time-delay on edits on HN, I no longer have an edit link to use.

Certainly, here's a comment:

It seems like you inadvertently left in a placeholder or instruction for ChatGPT within your article's introduction. While it's an understandable oversight, it's essential to thoroughly review your text before publishing to ensure such remnants are removed. This helps maintain the professionalism and polish of your work. If you need further assistance or editing help, feel free to ask!

294 also has a typo: "I'm having a hard time organizing a hide-and-seek league. Good players aare hard to find."

The writer missed a great opportunity with the closing sentence:

> Now that the market noise has died down, maybe the metaverse can get a real chance at life.

That should have been “maybe the metaverse will get a second life.”

> It looks pretty literal there

You might have missed the first 5 paragraphs of the blog post

@dang, the title is missing the first two words and a comma, “Richard Hamilton,”.

The article is about a collage of that title, not about homes.

> Maybe a typo

Could be a bug in your web browser. The first sentence is a quote as indicated by the ">" character at the beginning of the line.

> "it’s easier to just text a friend instead of going and hanging out, even if the latter would be less fulfilling"

I think that's a typo, and should be "the latter would be more fulfilling"?

Or else, I'm confused...

> Keep improving them. Can you explain it better now? Are there typos you missed before?

Are you essentially saying to go back and rewrite/improve old blog posts? Just for clarification.

> Not sure if you actually read this article.

Please don't insinuate that someone hasn't read an article. "Did you even read the article? It mentions that" can be shortened to "The article mentions that."

I don't that's the issue. The post is credited to:

Nichols Communications for the Eclipse Foundation, Inc. Jay Nichols

A public relations business based in San Francisco should have that sorted out whether or not the actual author was a native English speaker or not.

>Looks like there aren’t any results for “”. Try double-checking your spelling or searching for a related topic.

Looks as if it's VERY hidden.

> I loved to share them the Linkedin List implementation ... if you can understand Linkedin List ...

is the "In" in "LinkedIn" deliberate here or just a typo that was made twice?

The post may have been edited. I've seen this happen with blog posts as well (someone points out an issue, blog post fixed, so the original comment makes no sense)
