Yes, I lived near there and frequently stayed there. It was a pretty neat place. I met a lot of interesting people. I haven’t been back for almost a decade.

yeah. I hung out there in the early 2000s, but was never a resident. Roommates with the head RA’s younger brother.

Lived by here in the early 2000's - went a couple of times. Was kind of cool! Don't remember when it shut down.

It was, though not to the full size that was ultimately intended. There’s still a small community of people who live and work there, along with a trickle of visiting students/architects. Definitely worth a day trip if you’re ever in the Phoenix area with some free time.

I went back about 2 years ago for my brother's graduation (he was ME)and it seemed revitalized. Haven't been back since. Maybe I'll swing by sometime this year.
