Millennial typically covers people born from the early 80's through the 90's. The oldest millennials are about 36 right now.

Millenials were born between about 1980 and 1995. Quite a few are already around 40. What you mean is probably Gen Z of which some are around 25.

This is a minor nitpick, but people freshly out of college (generally) aren’t millennials anymore. Thy youngest of that group will turn 24 this year while the oldest will be 40.
