Spreecast is a social video platform. Many celebrities use it as a way to talk with their fans. Other people talk about sports, politics, or whatever excites them. We are well funded, have a team of 20, and have offices in New York and San Francisco. One of the cofounders previously started StubHub and sold it to eBay.
We are bringing Spreecast to mobile and are growing a team of engineers in NYC (iOS and Android). We are always looking for engineers on our web and infrastructure teams in San Francisco.
We're most interested in excellent engineers, regardless of which current language/toolset they're currently using. We believe that excellent engineers can quickly accomplish great things in a language that they don't already know.
If interested, please send your resume plus links to apps/websites/projects you have built to robert@spreecast.com

Gametime is looking for a senior engineer to help lead the development of our iOS app. As a senior engineer you'll be responsible for the maintenance and development of our fantastic iOS app: gametime.co/app (redirects if you're on iOS).
We don't write typical iOS code. The core of Gametime iOS relies on ReactiveCocoa and functional programming paradigms. We'll be switching to Swift as soon as it hits 1.0. We ship a build every Wednesday and move FAST. We peer review everything we write, and hold each other to impeccable standards without letting ourselves get bogged down in perfectionism. At Gametime you'll write great code, ship a beautiful product, and play a leading role at one of the fastest growing start ups in the Bay Area.

FareHarbor | ONSITE, SF, CA | FULL TIME | jobs+product@fareharbor.com
FareHarbor is hiring full time front-end (AngularJS), back-end (Django/Python), and full-stack/generalist (whatever works best) engineers at our San Francisco office. We offer market-rate salary, flexible working hours and location, and the odd trip to the Hawaii office :)
At Hired ( https://hired.com/ ), we are bringing transparency to the recruiting process by having companies apply to you, with a preliminary compensation package stated upfront. We have placed thousands of people into great companies such as Uber, GitHub, and Facebook, and there is a ton of high impact work to improve the experience. For example, in the last quarter, I was part of a team of 3 that launched Hired in French ( https://fr.hired.com/?set_locale=fr-FR ), and created a search ranking A/B test that led to a 20% lift in interview requests.
Hired is around 200 people in total, including 5 designers and 30 engineers.
We have roles in product engineering (we’re a Ruby on Rails shop), data infrastructure, data science, and search engineering.
Some of the other posts have salary ranges, and I think that’s a great way to bring transparency into the process.
However, since we are Hired, we will go one step further.
If you’d like to apply and we are interested in moving forward with a phone screen, we are willing to first state a preliminary compensation package.
Our jobs page is available at https://hired.com/careers, and if you’re interested, feel free to email me at ronnie@hired.com .

We're online sports games of skill that allow you to play for money: play short-term fantasy contests, win cash tonight. Suffice it to say that this is a super hot space, so if you like sports and making money, this could be the place for you.
We're built on RoR, founded by highly successful internet marketers (as in, tens of millions of users and hundreds of millions of dollars), and we have a ridiculously nice office in downtown SF with a sky high view of the Bay and all three bridges.
Seed round secured. The original engineering team has built the basic product but is staying on with our incubator, and we now need a tech lead to join DoubleUp for an external funding round and spin off with the core team as a co-founding CTO.
Reach out to russ @ doubleup.com after checking out our site, and let me know where you'd like to fit in.
Gametime connects communities through frictionless and beautiful mobile applications. We believe communities get closer when people get off the couch and have fun at a live event. Backed by Accel Partners as well as team owners Jeff Mallett (Giants / Whitecaps / Derby FC), Vivek Ranadive (Kings), and David Blitzer (76ers / Devils) we've raised $13mm (including $8mm in May of 2015).
Built for iOS and Android, Gametime makes getting into the game as amazing as being there. Inside gametime.co/app we provide high-res panoramic photos from every section, curated listings as we decrease a universe of 5000 options to the 50 best with ultra fast two-tap checkout and no printing . With our mobile-only approach, we've reduced a 30-minute process to 30 seconds. This approach has led to fast (600% annual) and viral (92% of new purchasers hear about the app from friends) growth.
New Gametimers join for the community of high-performers (known as the Gameteam). New employees also love the environment as we aspire to build the best place to work in SF ...
We offer market rate salary (even though we’re small) and real equity (meaning you come out way ahead). Everyone here does meaningful work. You won't end up on the "login button team" here, you will be a big part of the most important conversations on the engineering team. There’s free catered lunch Monday through Friday! Who said there was no such thing? We offer Blue Cross / Blue Shield via Zenefits and dental insurance. We also have monthly $75 cell phone reimbursement and $80 commuter benefit. We love going to games and we're right by AT&T Park so (if you're into it) you'll hit a bunch of them with us. Go Giants!
In summary, we're fast, well-funded and growing quickly. It's an exciting time to join the Gameteam.
