Keep isn't dead. I use it everyday on my personal and business account. I love keep. I will be sad when the inevitably kill it though.

Shit, will they get rid of Keep? I LOVE Keep and use it many times daily.

Don't get too attached. Keep is being discontinued in the next few months. Something better is replacing it, eventually, but just keep that in mind.

Keep has had many many changes the past few years, including being added as a core G Suite product, so it now has a deprecation policy. Won't get shut down out of the blue.

Unrelated to article, but keep really is awesome. I use the iOS app every day.

I use Keep, but there are already millions of apps that does what Keep is doing. I don't think there will be a huge vacuum.

I'm sure you mean KeePassXC? KeePassX has been dead for years.

I just started using Keep. This is giving me pause.

I use keep. It is already there on all platforms i use and integrates with other services i use. Plus the location reminder stuff does not drain additional battery.

But honestly since i dont use it anymore i feel better and more relaxed. Relevant stuff i dont forget and irrelevant stuff is irrelevant.

So the real question, do you still use Keepass :D

I like KeePass and use it daily.

Good to know! I'll have to consider switching to Keepass, then.

What do you miss in KeePass? It's not abandoned.

KeePass, as far as I can tell, is inactive. KeePassXC seems to be the logical successor that is active.

I do the same with keepass. I think it's the best we can do now.

Am I the only one still rocking Keepass?

I’m using KeePass since decades.

Upvote for keepassxc. I've been using it and its predecessor with the same database file for something like 15 years and have seen many of these services come and go in the meantime. It will outlive Bitwarden for sure.

I used KeePass years ago, but I stopped using it because at the time, the Linux and Android apps were really bad.

I thought they made one already called Keep.
