Many good examples in this thread, surprised not to see Monoprice mentioned.

You only compare among Monoprice, and they usually have a decent bar for quality.

Huge fan of Anker products. Really solid design + aesthetic (just wish their Micro-USB cables were a bit thinner at the plug). Monoprice is also very good when it comes to bang for your buck.

In contrast to Operator Mono I'd also advise peeking at Fantasque Sans Mono and Victor Mono as Operator-lites.

Andale Mono for me. it's very "lightweight" and beautiful. i would use Courier New generally, but after using Andale, it's surprising how heavy and hard to parse Courier is
