Hosting company? He's still free to upload his show on X.

What they did was to cancel the collaboration after the pilot because they deemed it subpar and just a rehash of CNN which is losing a ton of viewers. This is common in the media industry and why we every year have speculation on what shows will be picked up after their pilots.

As far as I know, it was PBS that quit, not the hosts.

The season that recently ended reformatted the show somewhat. They removed the B team this allowing Jamie and Adam much more time to show the process. I thought it was a large improvement, even though I had liked the co-hosts.

The company already severed ties with Rogowsky. His last hosting appearance was three weeks ago.

Now that they're all gone, I'm hoping that maybe they'll continue podcasting together, even if they no longer use the Engadget name.

I'll second that, it died only because the new host couldn't fill her shoes. Conversely Matt on SpaceTime has done a great job taking over from Gabe.

Craig Cannon, who was doing the podcast, left YC and it stoped. Couldn’t say why they failed to find a new host. I thought it was gaining good traction as well.

It used to be better when they were in the same room, but I think now it is remote due to COVID.

I really wonder what they'll do with the podcast. With all three gone now, it'll be extremely hard to continue on with the show - either they find replacements, which will change the atmosphere of show altogether, or they just discontinue it.
