Value isn’t a zero-sum game. Disregarding inflation, money is. Fractional-reserve banking can only increase the money supply by a finite amount. I’m also puzzled by the notion that loans create new money.
Except that fractional reserve banking is not a real thing though. Most central banks have zero reserve requirements. Even when there are requirements, they are for only certain types of loans, and often those reserves need to be met way in the future.
Try really thinking about it and I think you'll see that even with fractional reserve banking, if you add up all the debt and credit, you'll still end up with exactly zero dollars.
