It's been available for developers who were on the beta track for nearly a day now.

I suspect they are just progressively rolling it out.

It’s a configuration change that I believe we can support on a per-user basis today. Encouraged Workers team to follow up here and see if we can get you setup on beta.

Many of the issues from the previous versions of the Android app have been addressed in the new beta version. We are working on it intensively, and plan to fully release it as soon as it's ready.
