Llama 13B writes pretty decent fictional prose that only needs some light editing and it's not censored. You just have to know how to prompt it in the first person.
The Reader doesn't shell out, but it doesn't pressure writers to dumb down their work to 9th-grade reading level either. So it's a haven for work like this:
I think I'm with Hendi on this one, I'm not a heavy reader of LWM but I check it every now and then and go through stories I think may interest me. Overall, I would say it has some fairly decent writing but if you have alternatives you think are better I would very much like to know about them.
I'm not sure if you are aware of the Alt Sex Stories Text Repository? If you enjoy written word porn there is some good stuff in there (plus some stuff that may be illegal in some countries so fair warning) https://www.asstr.org/
Also, the author is the president of the Science Fiction Writers of America, a Hugo and Nebula award winner, an audiobook narrator, a podcaster, and a puppeteer, and a blogger. I'm pretty sure she has a good grasp of what medium is suitable for what content.
(I, too, thought it was fine and quite reasonable.)
I only wish I'd included a disproportionally large amount of erotica. The literotica dump in The Pile preliminary components lives on as a reminder that at one time ML work was not so serious as to be boring.
It seems very geared towards non-fiction. Is there an equivalent for fiction writers or would you recommend going with them for fiction as well? The platform looks excellent but I'm not sure if it's the right fit. I love that they recommend exploring other options (excellent company philosophy)
Fantasy has one entry, scifi has no entries and fiction has a total of three entries.
