I would love to have an Exec for tasks inside my company. The money would be drawn from a company´s bank account. Sort of like internal bounties perhaps. Maybe even complementing salaries, I don´t know. Thoughts?
The 'Undercover Boss' approach would work a lot better in my opinion (but, the exec still has to show up). Maybe some type of secret EXEC program, kinda like secret shoppers. I know, no cool gadgets, just people. Which is a good thing.
It would be nice if there was some incentive to share a little of that income with the company's employees rather than only with the owners and directors.
I forsee a near future where employers offer Exec/TaskRabbit credits or dollars alongside other standard benefits such as healthcare, 401k, etc. Good work guys!
I'd really like to make a service that's like a fail-safe for company values. Something like:
The CEO/management puts half (or more) of their salary into some account, and at the end of every month the employees decide whether or not the company is going by its values. If not, certain charities which represent those values are given the money.
It would also be nice if my company could print it's own money, and I could pick up a gun and jack the company next door and steal all their resources or extort them without any legal repercussions. It would also be great if my employees had to pay me back a tax everytime I gave them a paycheck so I could get some more guns.
They should have businesses accounts pay $100/year, honor system with a badge or something if you have paid (your company would look really bad if it didn't), and they could make a ton without having to do much.
Sounds nice, but I am sure there would be some employees floating around with families and mortgages and bills that work hard and honestly, that you might feel a bit beholden to, no?
Great idea. Not sure why boards of directors don't require this of all their CxOs. For example, make a CEO in the travel industry sit at a counter and rent out cars or hotel rooms for a day and see if they don't demand improvements.
