(Opus author here) I'm curious what kind of "glitch" this is referring to.

What's the glitch?

It's a glitch.

This glitch was discovered by ???

Glitch?

Glitch.

Is there a definitive definition of "glitch"? To me, it's just a bug...

Hi, I wasn't able to reproduce that glitch.

<glitch>

There is also a glitch in "dialogue"

That... how is that a glitch? That's it functioning as designed

It's funny how the weird behavior is a "glitch" until you narrow down exact circumstances when it occurs and then if the issue can be reproduced reliably, then it's a straight-up bug.

yep that was the glitch I was referring to indeed :)

Just a glitch...

That would be some glitch :) But no, it's the latter.

Right. I'm not sure we know whether the author is describing a bug or a feature.

Huh. At this very moment I am listening to Jonathan Blow's talk to DevGAMM four years ago, which has this kind of glitch as a recurring motif.

Reading through that page, there's a lot of discussion that it may just be some sort of bug.

So you're saying it's not a technical glitch? /s

Probably a glitch in the code :)
