Last status that I heard on the lawsuit is that it was dismissed so there is no ongoing lawsuit to settle unless there have been any changes recently.

Do you have a source on this settlement? As far as I can tell from online searches and the website you linked, the lawsuit is still ongoing.

I looked it up, and there’s been a motion to dismiss that was partially granted, but the case is still ongoing as far as I can see.

Thanks for the update, I was under the impression the court case was still ongoing. Looks like the judge threw it out on safe harbor (Section 230) grounds.
