It would take a rocket scientist to trust Elon Musk

sort by: page size:

Elon Musk made himself into an expert.

I would consider him an authority on rocketry.

Yes. Somehow people trust Elon musk. Amazing eh?

In Elon Musk I Trust.

Elon Musk or the actual Data Scientist working on it.

I wonder who to trust.

Elon Musk is probably full of 'em.

I'd consider Musk to be a true believer.

Elon is a chemist though, he might be more educated in area of rocket, understand the damn thing better than Cormack.

Like him or not, Elon Musk has an uncanny ability to figure things out. Of course he's wrong on some things, but for the most part, I wouldn't discount anything he says.

Elon Musk is literally the Chief Engineer at SpaceX. His technical proficiency is validated by other senior engineers who work there, as well as senior engineers at NASA. There are also countless hours of unedited footage of him demonstrating his deep technical understanding of rocket engineering.

elon musk is not an engineer...

Ah yes, Elon Musk, the man of integrity and credibility, you can always take him at his word.

Yes, I feel very comfortable trusting the wildcard that is Elon Musk with, well - EVERYTHING.

Lots of faith in musk.

And what “trust” probably means here is that they have technical chops but can also be relied on to tell Elon what he wants to hear.

Elon Musk is a real engineer, especially if other engineers said he's an engineer.[1]

Whatever his history is with other people or whatever his personality flaws or weakness, he's the real deal.

By that logic, since Elon is a rocket scientist, I have high-confidence he'd be a great president.

A gentle reminder that this easily digestible lie isn't true. A cursory look at Elon with a technically critical hat on proves this wrong.

This lie seems mostly accepted only by non-technical people in technical fields from what I've found out. Leads me to believe Elon actually is one of those great people that will be more appreciated after his passing.

Elon Musk probably has a team working on it.

Elon Musk himself?
