Anybody else having issues with the app on iOS where the model changes from 4 to 3.5 after the first response? As a paid user, it’s very frustrating to have my preferences overridden and the quality of 3.5 answers is comparatively lower. In fact almost so poor as to be useless, so the mobile app is currently unusable.

I hit the same thing - I think my client just had a stale view of what version the person I was talking to was running. I did a refresh of the Favorites list on iOS and it sorted it out.

Did you try the 1.0 version of mobile app? It's much improved compared to past versions. What are the issues you are running into?

that's weird, I use the app and don't have this problem. I love the UI even on iOS.

What's the problem with the iOS app? I use it all the time, don't have any issues.

This was literally fixed in the last day. There's now feedback similar to the browser app.

Maybe something wrong with the medium app. It works on the web, but redirecting into the iOS app leads to a 400.

No idea. Since I said yes my experience didn't change. Could be a test of some sort.

I'm on the iOS beta so that might have something to do with it.

This is only an issue because the mobile app doesn't have Replies yet. once the mobile apps support it the chronological issue will go away. Relax.

Had the same problems on iOS.

we are working on that as we speak. reload, it should work better now. the formats are different, but we try to filter them for ios...

Interface seems to be broken on mobile iOS.

Thanks. We already fixed this on our website, and will be fixed in the app in version 1.2 (version 1.1 was already submitted for review).

Thanks for pointing the problem out. I only tested the site on my Android but not on iOS.

Also, why is the iOS app so bad? All prompts keep disappearing on me and I have to try to figure out how to get a prompt again (I think it’s by tapping in some mystery region at the top of the screen?). Ugh. It’s very frustrating to use.

That doesn't seem right. Please submit an issue via the in-app feedback form and we'll get it fixed.
