I don't see OpenAI hiring for the digital jobs of engineering and research in Slovakia or Thailand. Weird, they probably missed the memo.

OpenAI is STILL "not available" from many countries, so what do they expect - it's not like the latest movie or whatever, it's actually career-limiting not to have access at this point for some professions.

I heard there were layoffs of engineers there. But obviously unrelated. OpenAI will continue unchanged.

Yeah, they are basically saying that they called themselves OpenAI as a recruitment strategy but they never planned to be open after the initial hires.
