I still wonder why we need that arbitrary restriction anyway?

Well you asked about arbitrary restrictions... :)

Why would it impose such a restriction?

a) seems like a very arbitrary restriction

So, all said, the restriction doesn't make much sense. I knew we would agree.

What reasons are there for these restrictions in the first place?

Why not restrict it only where it matters?

That doesn't explain why there must be such a restriction.

It looks to be a typically outrageous limitation introduced without much thought or reason.

Why couldn't the title mean that? It's not an unreasonable restriction.

I would guess so, bit that feels really arbitrary (like the rest of the restrictions).

Can anyone enlighten and explain why there were restrictions in the first place?

Not only is this a great question, it's an excellent example of how pointless this arbitrary restriction is. Thanks, Tim Apple.

What's the reasoning behind not allowing it?

And that is precisely the reason for the restriction.

I wonder what (if there is one) the logical reason behind this exemption is.

So what's the reason for not extending these protections to all?

What is the reason for restricting that, and is there really nothing else it applies to?

To me it seems strange that that isn't allowed.

And many people don't. What's your point? I generally think we should err on the side of fewer restrictions when there's disagreement around the existence of things like this.
