This is targeting someone trying to employ him for a digital marketing position, if they didn't have some sort of Facebook account I don't think that's where he would want to work.

You have to give Facebook credit for actively recruiting talent. Probably overpaying and distorting the labor market in SV even more than usual. Surprised Apple wouldn't try to hire him.

Actually, I seem to recall that he was working on it before getting hired by Facebook (unless there was a massive delay in the hiring to become known). I was following his excellent blog posts on the matter at the time.
