I've watched a few of this guys videos and I'm really liking them. It's cool to see someone make it with a startup but do it "quietly". Who ever heard of his company? I guess it really doesn't matter because his clients sure did.
What's impressive is that he went from relative obscurity to been known not only from the startup crowd like here but also from the more mainstream tech crowd that populate sites like reddit.
They maybe managed to shutdown and destroy his business but they also involuntarily made sure that his next business venture will have an enormous amount of free publicity by been talked about on all tech blogs and social news web sites.
Give the man some credit for starting 2 companies that went public and are profitable, selling another one for nearly a quarter of a billion, and now has been involved with the fastest growing startup in terms of revenue.
Clever guy. First he builds Twitter to make sure all other entrepreneurs are busy checking their tweets. Then he starts another company without any competition.
This guy deserves a lot of credit. As far as I can tell he came out of no where (with a stupid name "Center Networks") and is now getting a Techcrunch/Mashable level of attention. The advertising revenue for these blogs is insane too, so he may already be making tens of thousands of dollars per month. The business of talking about startups is a lot more profitable than many startups themselves.
