I don't see anything in here about a conviction, and also nothing about Pao being the alleged perpetrator, and thus remain in a state of appalled disgust at what you have written.

There's no evidence that the prosecution would be for anything non-'journalism' related; that is unsupported speculation that the author doesn't imply or suggest.

There's probably a reason for the fact that there has never been a criminal case such as you've described, and it's for that reason the above poster is safe in writing what he did.
