Samsung, OTOH, responded by keeping the jack and bundling higher quality wired headsets than the basic ones everyone used to bundle, but then Samsung also has removable storage on all their flagships, and, on one of flagship line, a stylus, so they pretty clearly aren't on board with the Apple “progress means dropping features” approach.
