It's faux intellectualism masquerading as intellectual diversity. Calling it diversity is like saying Subway has a diverse menu. Sure you can get ham, turkey, bacon, or meatballs on 6 different kinds of bread, but at the end of the day it's all just salads and sandwiches.
Right, and so by your own logic and based on your other comments, your version of intellectual critique is to lament that Subway doesn't serve pizza and spaghetti [I mean suuuure, they have meatball subs, but that doesn't make up for blah blah blah].
Can you even articulate why your argument matters? Your criticism basically boils down to a reductive (and racist and sexist) definition of "diversity" where the only measure is the proportion of white men, at the same time confusing racial and gender diversity with intellectual diversity. Do you know what a Red Herring is?
Anyway, why does this matter? Either there are no important difference between the races and genders, or the fundamental premise supporting the segregationist and ethno-nationalist POV is true. You can't have it both ways.
