Ah that sounds about right. As someone in an interracial marriage I found the picture the article painted of the site abhorrent. I was still thinking freedom of speech was important and didn't want hosting providers to step in unless clear laws were broken.

Yes I probably would. I'd be looking for legal means to shut them down. But opposed to having the site shutdown by hosting providers reacting to media pressure.
I've been on the other side of this. Had articles written that caused friends to be banned from a public university. There was no due process. The articles were not correct.
Legal process must be followed for society to remain just.
