Booking.com/Expedia knows when hotels in the area are selling faster than the normal. So what they do is increase the price but hotels don't get benefits. Hotel gets paid same.

I wish hotel franchise get together and get rid of booking/Expedia. Things like google maps is good enough.

Usually, majority of the booking.com guests are horrible.
