The strobing light really has to be seen to be believed. I doubt the people in the apartment building directly across the street have had any proper sleep since last week.
I've read a lot about how Elon Musk supposedly wanted to have a(nother) company called "X" for decades now. How can that be true when he did not appear to have a logo ready to replace the Twitter bird?
He didn't think about the details that deeply and the sudden move was a spur of the moment decision, unknown and unexpected by any designers Musk actually works with.
A more charitable idea might be that any old logo idea might quickly become outdated, so it makes more sense to commission something from the best of the best, with your massive wealth, just in time when you need it.
Yeah, one might almost think that Elon Musk is an impulsive man with little focus whose course of action changes on the drop of a hat.
Almost.
Anyway, it's not "supposedly", I thought there was some pretty convincing that the man wants an "X" product already. He literally used x.com commercially in the past, before paypal. One of the main models of Tesla cars is X. His most-successful business literally has the letter X at the end of the name.
The man's obsessed with the letter X, which is sad, because it's my favorite letter, too, and I don't wanna share it with him.
