He probably will just be banned from flying for life, but will still have a much enlarged youtube audience and ad revenue that more than pays for the lost plane.
The key here will be if they can attach any of his assets despite his pleas of poverty and filing for bankruptcy. The victims may end up owning the studio he is currently broadcasting from (and his cars, home and anything else of value).
I doubt he'll get anything more than a slap on the wrist. Not just because he is famous, but because this is his first offense, he has a clean record, and he's unlikely to be a repeat offender.
He will be arrested, trial date will be set to few years later..case will drag on. He will get an year suspended sentence. He will be out on parole next day.
I will soak my socks in vinegar and eat them on Livestream if I am wrong or if he gets the book thrown at him
He most likely will have to pay a ridiculous fine (or, more likely, settlement). Of course, the ridiculousness of it will be that it doesn't consider his incredible means, and therefore he'll never miss it and it will have absolutely no impact on his behavior.
Let's hope they don't throw 50 years of prison or plea deal at him, as they tend to do, and that he doesn't take the plea deal. Since software has already been defined as free speech, I think there's a very good chance he should win this.
Pretty much, eventually he'll piss off the wrong person, and they'll either have lots of money and make sure he gets done for something, or they'll be incredibly nasty and find out where he lives and either post it online for some just desserts, or go give him a slap. Or both.
