You just have to pay attention. Last year this time people said it was $3400, but I rented for $2300 that May.

sort by: page size:

the price is $47/mo if you rent for a year

Try to ask how much is the rent and you'll see what's expensive.

How much rent are they charging?

Average rental price of $1700 is still pretty high compared to most of the US.

It's competitive. The price is $879, for those who missed it deep in the article. There are many places where 45 days worth of rent at that price will get you worse environs than a train.

Rental prices are still pretty absurd.

Good question, but the maps and figures released by the rental companies usually put it in the $3000-some range, plus or minus depending on area.

Your rent price is way off, you’re looking at 6k/month (72k/year) for a 4-bed, at least.

2.2K for rent, are you insane? try 3x that.

This is not an accurate price. A smart renter with a little patience would pay more like $2000-3000 unless they needed a brand new condo with a gym and a doorman.

These guys are going to be awfully shocked when they try to rent their places out for $1595 and find they can only legally rent them for up to $1104.38.

It's funny that they thought a $10,000 a week rental made it any more affordable than the $800,000 price tag. The Venn diagram of people who can afford those is a circle.

Woah. It says I can make $340/night for my place in Cow Hollow that usually goes for $159!

I just looked up how much it would be to rent at the closest park to my house (and yes alcohol is allowed). It starts at $25/hour and goes up to $50/hour for a grand ballroom holding 120 people.

I am because I googled first to confirm average trailer rent is $200-300 per month, which is consistent with the number in the article.

The one Im looking at is $2.25M. A bargain for the property, still a bit much for little old me by myself.

I think your rental prices are a little off. Have you looked for a place in TO recently?

I did the math on one of these in Clemson and it would have still cost me $10,000 / year if it was rented year round.

I liked the model but the numbers didn’t work out to make it an investment. Sounds like the one you found does, so congrats!

I got this quote last December, for anyone curious. Price has probably gone up by now.

>One bedroom units here are priced from $2500 to $3000. Two bedroom units are priced from $2550 to $3300.

You're right, it's definitely not too bad if you have three or four people in a two bedroom. And it's also furnished and on a 3 month lease.
