Technologies: Historically, JS has been my bread and butter but am looking to branch out, especially in the functional direction. I am experienced in Rust and interested in working with FP languages, e.g. Scala, Clojure, or Haskell. Exceptions can be made for exceptionally cool products.
With 5+ years of experience developing software full-time, I am looking to join a productive company with a good mission and strong engineering culture. The exact vertical is not important, as I've worked in automotive, analytics, and healthcare with success. My skills have been proven primarily through building interfaces and tooling, as well as some full stack and backend development. Previous tech lead experience. Hopefully I can bring a unique perspective to the team.
Technologies: Historically, Rust and React/JS have been the main ones, but would love to branch out, especially in the functional direction. I am interested in working with any number of FP languages -- Scala, Clojure, Haskell, even slightly esoteric ones including ML and Elm.

Full stack generalist. I am searching for interactive products to work on, especially in the creative, realtime, or entertainment spaces. Experience working at startups, both in the 'very large' and 'medium' sizes with SaaS web offerings and internal developer productivity tools.
Location: San Francisco, CA [US Citizen]
Remote: Preferred, but open to on-site for the next 6 months
Willing to relocate: FL immediately, or would consider Texas, NY, MT, NE, and other East Coast locations on a 6 month horizon
Technologies:
Front end = (React +love for hooks, React-vis, Redux, Apollo, TypeScript, Flow); Systems/Back End = (Rust, Python, C++, Go, C# / .NET, Kubernetes, Postgres, GraphQL)
I would like to work on something involving Rust, compilers/interpreters, or Postgres. I'm very interested in programming languages and, in addition to Rust, would be interested in learning Go, Erlang, Swift, OCaml, or "modern" C/C++.
Since getting laid off due to coronavirus I created a Ruby gem based off an internal library at my last job:
Currently freelancing with a healthcare start-up, but looking for a long-term position in a dev team environment. My goal is to help people while building and enhancing technology through code.
I'm a generalist who is working for a couple of years to save money
before graduate school. I'm looking for an opportunity to work with the
technologies that I specialize in: functional programming and high-performance
systems programming.
My long-term goal is to work on Haskell compilers, so I specialized hard
in functional programming and in optimizing low-level code. I'm hoping to find companies that have taken
a risk by using up-and-coming technologies (Haskell/Rust/react.js/etc) and are
looking for developers that can work effectively with those technologies. I'd
also be happy to work with a team that uses functional programming with
more mainstream languages, or with a team that writes a lot of low-level,
performance-critical code.
In graduate school, I want to work on whole-program-optimizing compilers for
Haskell that target Javascript/Java/LLVM. I want to make Haskell practical
for real-world development of web and mobile applications. I've spend a lot
of time studying Stalin and Mlton, and I think they make a strong case for
the potential of whole program optimization.
Experienced software engineer (8+ years) looking to deepen my skills in compilers & programming language runtimes. Principal engineer leading team of ~10 developers designing & implementing next-generation language for application development at Workday. Grew project from an idea on a whiteboard to a working product in production used by hundreds (and soon to be thousands) of developers.

Experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in frontend development, including React and TypeScript. Proven track record in startup environments, leading innovative initiatives to enhance user engagement and streamline data-driven decision-making. Committed to continuous learning and leveraging emerging technologies to drive impactful solutions.
I've been working at the Bay Area since 2015, most recently at Pinterest. At work, I've done big data pipelines, designed some batch job systems, computing metrics, handling billing APIs, lots of Python, Go and Java and working with AWS, i.e. backend and data engineer stuff. I've been coding since I was less than 10 years old so I am quite strong in churning out code.
But I'm trying to look for work that's more in line with what I do on my free time: Challenging low-level C or Rust programming, machine learning implementations (see e.g. this LLaMA language model thing I made https://github.com/Noeda/rllama/, graphics programming or research-type work, uncommon programming languages.
Currently freelancing with a healthcare start-up, but looking for a long-term position that supports learning and growth within the team. My goal is to help people while building and enhancing technology through code.
Technologies: Python (Django, celery, pandas, etc), Clojure, Ruby, Javascript (including ClojureScript and CoffeeScript with React.js, Backbone.js/Marionette, jQuery, D3, etc...), Objective-C/Swift, Lua (OpenResty/Lapis), PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift Data Warehouse, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Chef, Ansible, Hadoop, FreeSWITCH, Arduino and many others. I stay sharp by always learning something new.
Résumé/CV: available upon request.

Willing to relocate: No, but moving to east coast
Technologies: Historically, JS has been my bread and butter but am looking to branch out, especially in the functional direction. I am experienced in Rust and interested in working with FP languages, e.g. Scala, Clojure, or Haskell. Exceptions can be made for exceptionally cool products.
