Try out Boost for Reddit. Better than website in any form, the official Reddit app, and every other 3rd party app imo

I use Boost for Reddit and it's great! So much better than the website in any form or the official app.

I use Boost for REddit which is miles better than the original app

If you really want to use the Reddit app, consider the Boost app instead. It does everything so much better.

Just commenting to say that there are third-party reddit apps that are pretty good. Boost for Android is the only way I browse reddit anymore.

Use alternative reddit app. I recomment Boost.

Don't even bother with reddit on mobile; you really need an app. I've been through a lot of reddit apps and Boost is the best IMO. Everything just works, and useful gestures that I usually don't trigger by accident.

3rd party apps are a better experience than old.reddit.com to be honest. Rif, sync, boost, relay, etc.

I use Boost because it's far superior to the Reddit app and to Reddit's website (even old.reddit.com), despite Boost having ads and despite me being able to avoid ads on Reddit due to having an ad blocker.

So at least for me, using a third-party app is well worth it despite seeing ads.

Boost is my favorite Reddit app on android

I used to use baconreader but switched to Boost for Reddit

why would you need to use their app? there are much superior third party apps like Boost for Reddit or Sync for Reddit

Boost for reddit has been working good for me some quite some time now https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rubenmayay...

I recommend trying a bunch, but I can recommend Sync for reddit and Boost for reddit. Both are for Android, by the way.

definitely, i do not like the official app. you can try Relay for Reddit, Sync for reddit, Boost, Infinity, if you are on android. (i personally use reddit is fun, but that's because im accustomed to it, it's ugly)

on iphone, apollo is undoubtedly the best choice.

Reddit actual web interface is really bad in every web browser, mobile or computer. The only difference is that in the computer it can have a lot more of resources to waste.

Boost, Relay and BaconReader are pretty good to browse Reddit in Android phones, and I know Apollo or narwhal are also good for iOS.

May I recommend using any 3rd party app for reddit instead of the official app. I use relay on Android and it is great. There are many other options, all of them are better than the official app.

I deleted Boost app from my phone, to not mindlessly open it. Coincidentally Boost is an alternative app to access Reddit through their API.

Luckily I don't use reddit from my laptop, due to to horrible experience. So no muscle memory to trick me into visiting.

I'm still just using Boost for Reddit. The day it stops working is the day I stop using Reddit.

There are some great options on mobile from third parties if that might work well for you:

Apollo for iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/apollo-for-reddit/id979274575

Boost, for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rubenmayay...

Hopefully on desktops old.reddit sticks around forever. https://redditenhancementsuite.com/ is essential.
